Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive a confirmation email or message, detailing the estimated delivery date and a unique tracking number for your package.

We prioritize the timely dispatch of all orders. In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of order placement. Once in transit, we ensure hassle-free delivery directly to your doorstep.

With our Handled with Care Guarantee, we promise a smooth delivery process, partnering with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely.

 

Returns

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase from Shambhala. Therefore, your preferences are our priority.

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide photographs or videos of the item(s) you wish to return and email them to hello@shambhalaart.in, along with all necessary details. For a seamless return process, we recommend taking a photograph of the package upon its arrival and recording a video of the unboxing.

Important: Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, remains unused, and retains all tags, barcodes, and invoice slips. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return request, our team will review it promptly and initiate the return process within five business days. We recognize the importance of timely returns and aim to process them as efficiently as possible. Upon approval, you will receive further instructions on how to package and return the product.

In the event that you receive an incorrect, broken, defective, or damaged item, we will gladly arrange for a return. Should you change your mind about a purchase, you may request an exchange, provided the product is eligible. Please note that certain items, such as customized, one-of-a-kind, or imported products, are not eligible for return. Return eligibility is clearly stated on each product page.

If you choose to return an eligible product for a change of mind, we will issue a one-time coupon that can be used toward a future purchase at checkout. However, any shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request by emailing us at hello@shambhalaart.in

Upon receiving your request, the order will be cancelled immediately, halting the delivery process to ensure the product does not reach you.

However, cancellations may not be possible during the final stages of production or once the product has been dispatched. Once the dispatch process has begun, the order is in transit and cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the product will be delivered to the specified address as originally scheduled.

Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will promptly initiate the refund process. You can expect the refund to be processed within seven working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
